Kathy Niekrasz enjoys all aspects of running the dental practice. She especially enjoys assisting the doctors during procedures, educating and encouraging the patients as together they work to achieve better dental and overall physical health. “We have patients who have been with us for over 25 years, and they are truly family to us.” Kathy helps to make needed treatment plans understandable to the patient, working alongside Angelica, the Office Administrator, they coordinate treatment costs with insurance benefits, co-pays, and financing – “Our goal is to break down a treatment plan into incremental, manageable steps. What seemed overwhelming to the patient now becomes doable. Everyone is a Winner!” When Kathy is not working, she enjoys time with her husband and family, cooking, exercising, and volunteering in the community.

Angelica has been a vital member of our team for over 25 yrs. She exhibits confidence and competence in handling the scheduling, billing, and all aspects of insurance. Hers is the first welcoming voice you hear when calling the office. Being fluent in Spanish, Angelica welcomes patients to our practice and answers questions on insurance, proposed treatment and fees, so that the patient understands and feels comfortable. Our doctors and staff truly appreciate Angelica’s amazing multi-tasking skills and “can do” positive attitude as Front Desk Administrator. She has an expansive and important position in our practice – and she does it all with a smile. When Angelica is not working, she enjoys time with her husband, 3 children, 4 grandchildren and extended family-a busy life!
Yadira Figueroa
Dental Assistant
Yadira Figueroa has been a part of our team for 4 years. She is a competent dental assistant, always ready to attend to all our patients and doctors with a welcoming smile and comforting manner. Being bilingual in Spanish, she assists our doctors in explaining procedures, answering questions, and reassuring the patient during each step of the treatment. She is organized and has the instruments ready for each patient at the start of the day. Yadira is a team player and walks in each day with a smile, a laugh, and an eagerness to do her best. When Yadira is not working, she is spending time with her family. She enjoys entertaining her large extended family and doing fun activities with her daughter.
