Dr. Mark J. Niekrasz,

Dr. Mark Niekrasz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University, and he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Niekrasz chose the field of general dentistry over a specialty because he enjoys working in all aspects of dentistry. He has attended many conferences and seminars on cosmetic dentistry, especially veneers and esthetic crowns. He is competent in placing implant restorations (crowns, bridgework) including overdentures and hybrid dentures on 4-6 implants. He is excited about the results he has seen in the many cases he has done. He knows building long-term relationships with his patients to be the best way to treat and maintain healthy smiles for a lifetime. Nothing makes him happier than helping a patient leave with a smile they haven’t realized for years!
Dr. Niekrasz has raised three children with his wife, Kathy, who is also part of his dental team. They enjoy free time with them and their two grandsons. He loves his hobby of photography and believes the aesthetic aspect of his dentistry has been enhanced by the artistic eye he has developed through photography.

Dr. J. Harlan Rosen has over 30 years’ experience in all phases of dentistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from U. Of Illinois Dental School. His philosophy has always been, and continues to be, to first bring his patients to optimal dental health, and then to create the dazzling smile they always wanted. In addition to general, cosmetic dentistry and implant restorations, Dr. Rosen offers orthodontic aligners and traditional braces for children and adults. Dr. Rosen has taken numerous courses and seminars in orthodontics over the last 25 years. His attention to detail and calming chairside manner help him attain the high quality of dentistry his patients deserve. In his free time, Dr. Rosen enjoys spending time with his wife, three sons, and their families who all live close by—he is a very lucky grandpa!

Dr. Michael T. Donovan, a 1987 graduate of University of Illinois School of Dentistry, is a welcomed addition to our practice. He has gained superior experience and expertise in all phases of general, family, and cosmetic dentistry. He presents a comprehensive treatment plan and takes the time to answer his patients’ questions and concerns. Saving and restoring smiles is what he enjoys, and Dr. Donovan truly does bring smiles to his patients’ faces with his warm and friendly chairside manner. Dr. Donovan and his wife, Tansy, have three growing children, who fill his free time with plenty of activities and family fun.
